The 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Group-Stage Draw takes place today Thursday 26 August 2021, at Istanbul-Turkey.
Victories from Shakhtar Donetsk, RB Salzburg and Sheriff Tiraspol on Wednesday night complete the final teams to qualify for the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League group stage draw.
The UEFA Champions League draw ceremony begins at 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT) with former Chelsea duo Michael Essien and Branislav Ivanovic as special guests who also assist in the draw.
32 qualified teams were been split into four different pots based on their seeding.

As the Champions League holders, Chelsea are one of the top seeds in Pot 1, alongside last sehason’s Europa League winners Villarreal and the reigning champions from the top six League ranked highest by UEFA.
Pots 2, 3 and 4 are seeded based on individual teams’ standings within the UEFA club coefficient standing, with Pot 2 the one to watch out for, holdi theng the top-ranked sides outside of the six national and two European title holders.

Venue for the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Final
The 2021/22 campaign will conclude on Saturday 28 May, with the final set to take place at the Saint Petersburg Stadium in Russia.
