Alejandro Garnacho has now set a new record in Manchester United Europa League win over Real Sociedad.
Manchester United held Real Sociedad to a 1-0 win away during the last group game of the Europa League with Garnacho scoring the only goal.
The Argentine forward made his senior debut for Manchester United last week and only took him seven days to score his first goal for the club.
His first goal came as a record breaking one to beat the previous record set by Manchester United great, George Best.
Despite the win, United end the group in second place behind Sociedad as they were only able to score one goal.
These will have United battle in the roun-of-16 play-off stage as they’ll face demoted Champions League side.
However, Garnacho is on another world as his first United goal came in an European match.
And was assisted by his idol, the five-time Ballon D’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo.
What record did Alejandro Garnacho break?
Garnacho’s match winning goal made him the youngest non-English goalscorer for United in European competition.
A record to be proud of as he overtake the former Northern Irish forward, George Best who is regarded as one of the best in the game.
