Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema has confirmed France teammate Kylian Mbappe will join Real Madrid after several refusal from PSG.
Mbappe has been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish capital after hinting at his personal dream to sign for Los Blancos.
PSG has rejected two heavy bid from Real Madrid as they insist on keeping the Frenchman hoping he’ll sign a new contract sooner.
However, Mbappe has reportedly refuse to sign a contract extension with the Ligue 1 giants as he dreamt of playing for the Los Blancos soon.
The 22-year-old will have to stay with the Ligue 1 powerhouse till the end of the season when his contact expires.
Despite the current situation between the two clubs, Benzema still believe his french counterpart will play for Real Madrid sooner or later.
“He is a footballer who one day or another will play for Real Madrid”, reports via Marca.
“We get along very well and I would like him to be with me already in Madrid. But he also has to respect his club.
“I don’t know what will happen, but Mbappe would be welcome at Real Madrid.
“He is a player who has all the qualities to be a Madrid player in the future, and I hope he will be.”
The pair started in France’s 1-1 draw at home to Bosnia & Herzegovina last night, with Antoine Griezmann on target for Les Blues.
